Covid 19

With the pandemic smashing the wedding industry, we just want you to know you can reschedule with us, we will prioritise your new date and ensure availability. We have you covered. 

Note: there have been delays in production for albums and prints, and as our editing team are mostly working remotely, editing turn around times have also been affected.

General Safe practices

 

PHYSICAL DISTANCING & PREVENTION

  • All meetings will be held over the phone or via Skype/Zoom.

  • Stay 1.5m apart as much as possible.

 

HEALTH

  • If one of our shooters are not feeling well, they will self-isolate and another Hidden Valley shooter will be assigned.

  • If our shooter is confirmed to have COVID-19, they will isolate for a minimum of 14 days and any close contacts are to monitor for symptoms and seek medical advice.

  • Our team are fully vaccinated.

 

EQUIPMENT

  • All equipment being used for a shoot is cleaned prior to being used and afterwards.

  • Client/guests are not to handle any of the shooter's equipment- including loading in/out.

  • Shooters will no longer be able to assist in taking photos using another person/guests's camera/phone.

 

HYGIENE

  • Carrying hand sanitiser and having it made available to clients.

  • Ensuring extra hand washing & sanitising is adhered to; ie when picking up an item.

 

FACE MASKS

  • A face mask will be worn at all times where required.

  • Using a new or cleaned face mask every day.

  • Subjects are not required to wear a face-covering whilst being photographed outdoors in a public place in Melbourne.

 

RECORD KEEPING

  • Keeping all records of photography and videography job movements and client details.

  • Record keeping of key personal details such as details for other suppliers if in contact.

  • In the event that our shooters become unwell up to 14 days after the event, we will contact the couple and suppliers and inform them that we are going for testing and awaiting results. We will advise them of the results.

  • Having a process and responsibility for notifying DHHS and WorkSafe Victoria if COVID positive.
